Return shipping

We care about the environment. Therefore, we do not offer free returns. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. This is how we want to promote conscious consumption and avoid unnecessary returns.

This is how the return works:

  1. Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order via your user account under "Orders." You'll find the link in your order confirmation.
  2. Please organize the return yourself and send the goods with sufficient postage to our return address (see below).
  3. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the payment method you selected when ordering.

Important instructions:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept postage-paid shipments (shipments without sufficient postage).
  • For returns from abroad, you will also be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • The refund will only be made once we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return (whichever occurs first).
  • Please keep your shipping receipt until the return is completed.
