Return shipping
We care about the environment. Therefore, we do not offer free returns. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. This is how we want to promote conscious consumption and avoid unnecessary returns.
This is how the return works:
- Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order via your user account under "Orders." You'll find the link in your order confirmation.
- Please organize the return yourself and send the goods with sufficient postage to our return address (see below).
- After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the payment method you selected when ordering.
Important instructions:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept postage-paid shipments (shipments without sufficient postage).
- For returns from abroad, you will also be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- The refund will only be made once we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return (whichever occurs first).
- Please keep your shipping receipt until the return is completed.
